Check Schedule for Errors


When opening a schedule, EasyWorship checks it to make sure it can access all of the content in that schedule.  If it detects an item that cannot be found, a list of Unresolved schedule items will be displayed. When building a schedule you can manually check the schedule for errors.  The following instructions will help you understand and use the Check Schedule for Errors feature.


To check for those errors:

  1. On the top menu bar, click Schedule.


  1. Click on Check Schedule for Errors. The Open Schedule window will appear.
  2. Select one of the following options:

Do Nothing - Ignore all schedule items with unresolved properties.

Remove - Delete all schedule items or properties that cannot be resolved.

Resolve - Correct each schedule item or property individually.

  1. Click the Next button.

  1. Selecting Resolve and clicking Next will display the following options:

Do Nothing - Ignore this item.

Remove - Delete this item from the schedule.

Locate this file - Click the Browse button to find the file on your hard drive. When the video is located and selected, click Open and then Finish. The item will now be added to the item in the Schedule area.

  1. Select an option and click Finish.
